We offer next day dispatch (Mon-Fri) on orders placed before 2pm.

Once your order is fulfilled and booked for collection you will receive an email notification. This will include a tracking number.

All orders placed before 2pm Mon-Fri (excluding bank holidays) will be processed that day and shipped the following working day.

If an order is placed after 2pm on Friday orders will be processed on Mon and shipped on Tuesday.

Any orders placed on a bank holiday will be processed and shipped the following working day.

This may be extended during busy periods. Please note working days are Monday - Friday and within working hours.

Made to order items have an up to 7-14 working day turnaround. 
We always aim to dispatch orders within this time, however during busy periods the maximum dispatch time will be adhered to unless stated otherwise.

There are multiple postage options available at checkout, please ensure to pick the correct postage for your order. No shipping is available if local collection is selected. This option is for collection only.

All orders are sent via Royal mail 2nd class or a courier service.

Please allow up to 14 working days from the date of your dispatch email for your order to arrive.

Once your parcel has been posted, the delivery timescale is out of our control.

A parcel with Royal Mail cannot be classed as missing until 14 working days from the posting date has passed and therefore, we kindly ask you to wait until this timescale before contacting us.

Royal Mail do have slow/busy periods and we will not be able to refund or replace until the 14 working days have passed and we have had the issue investigated by Royal Mail and they have tracked the parcel.
